Vertical pumps Mud

Description
Most vertical slurry pumps are pumps for liquids, the pump head needs to be submerged under water. If the motor or other components except the pump head are all sunk in mud, it is called sludge submersible pump. Our vertical slurry pumps offer the newest and broad scope of the mud pumps rubber coated world class applications pumping abrasive and difficult. There are two types of our series of vertical slurry pumps: vertical foam pump series DF (DHF) and DV submersible sludge pump (R) series.

Vertical types Mud Pumps
1. The vertical foam pump DF series (DHF) adopts dual coating design and highly efficient, wear resistant, and has stable performance and high interchangeability. The liner and impeller materials can be used metal and wear-resistant rubber.
2. The submersible sludge pump series DV (R) adopts single coating, double suction, semi open impeller design. The impeller uses highly copper alloy and rubber. The gap between the impeller and the piece backing plate frame is adjustable, highly efficient without ningín shaft seal using wet rubber parts, suitable for difficult applications.

Application of Sludge Submersible Pump
The vertical slurry pumps are designed to transport corrosive mud, large particles and high density mud. The pumps are widely used for metallurgy, mining, coal, power plants, building material industry and environmental protection departments, etc.

Features Sludge Submersible Pump
1. Wet parts: this series of vertical slurry pumps are noted for their work underwater. The frame plate and driver Use wear-resistant rubber, metal or other materials.
2. Mounting cojineta: bearings use lubrication oil.
3. The shaft seal and water seal are not needed. It is capable of operating even under power failure condition.
4. The type of equipment is driving for driving including elastic coupling or V-belt driving
5. Variable speed and models, long service life, high efficiency and adaptable to poor transport conditions

Utilization
1. The vertical slurry pumps are supposed to be well placed to withstand the weight and vibration
2. The tube and the valve must be supported respectively.
3. Adjust the impeller gap without friction.
4. Check the direction of rotation of the vertical mud pump according to the indicator, without reverva.
